Tujuan Penelitian : tujuan penelitian pada kelima jurnal tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Jenis Penelitian: dalam kelima jurnal tersebut sebagian besar menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif namun, ada juga yang menggunakan analisis deskriptif & eksplanatori

Kesimpulan : Hasil dari kelima jurnal penelitian tersebut didapat bahwa adanya kompensasi berpengaruh yang baik dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan pada suatu perusahaan.

    My last holiday was a five-day trip to Cilacap in the Center Java. It's been a long time since my last visit to that city. I know Cilacap well because it's my mother hometown. She had an amaziing childhood there. Instead of staying in hotel, i stayed with my grandfather. It was so much fun. I wanted to stay there a little longer. It has changed a lot and looks more modern.

    We did some touristy things too. We walked up beautiful 'Teluk Penyu' Beach and walk around it. And the most important is looked for culinary journey. I loved seeing all the different foods. I was really happy to find my favourite dish. It named was 'Sate Maranggi'. If you around here, don't forget to stop by and buy some of the dish. This is my story.

The simple present is a verb tense with two main uses. We use the simple present tense when an action is happening right now, or when it happens regularly (or unceasingly, which is why it’s sometimes called present indefinite). Depending on the person, the simple present tense is formed by using the root form or by adding ‑s or ‑es to the end. the simple formula for simple present tense is: Subject + Verb1 + -s/-es
